CAPITAL 4

Have you ever wondered what it would sound like if Bruno Mars, Beyonce and John Mayer had baby? First of all, very strange that you’ve wondered that and, second, we have no idea but it wouldn’t sound as good as Capital 4.

Throwing a party without Capital 4 is the same as making a margarita without the tequila. Yes, you can technically do it, but it’s kinda weird and not nearly as cool. Quite simply, this band is like Miami basketball team’s bus – they bring the heat. Every night, every song, every note. If Capital 4 is at your party, and somebody in the crowd doesn’t get up and dance, immediately check their pulse and call the authorities. These guys are so entertaining, they make the band “Fun.” seem sad.

If you want a party that you’ll never forget, either 1) take a video of it and watch it everyday a la 50 First Dates or 2) hire Capital 4.

Things people say

(after we promised them money)

Tim is fantastic to work with. He is professional, charismatic, engaging and an extraordinary musician. He is a member favorite and by far one of the top singer/songwriters I’ve ever experienced.

Tim and his band were to great to work with! They listened to our input and planned their set to fit our musical preferences. They also worked with our groomsmen to plan a spur of the moment and super memorable exit for us. We have received so much positive feedback about the band. I can’t tell you how many people came up to me saying they were by far the best wedding band they’ve ever heard. They kept the dance floor full all night and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

From an event planner’s standpoint, you couldn’t ask for better than Tim Stop or his cover band, Capital 4. Communication with Tim and his team is always pleasant and straightforward. Tim takes the time to understand the crowd and the expectations for each event ahead of time so the set list is appropriate upon arrival. I’ve booked them for a variety of events, and even with unique crowds and venues, they engage attendees of all ages, get them on their feet, and create a fantastic vibe for my events.

So many friends have mentioned you guys were hands down the best band they’ve heard live!

I recently had the fortunate opportunity to watch Tim perform on a nightly basis when he opened for us on our tours of the U.S. and Canada. I and so many others were immediately impressed…not only by his amazing talent as a singer and multi-instrumentalist…. but also by his rare ability to personally “connect” with the audience.

Tim and his group were everything we could ask for and more on our wedding day. We asked Tim to bring a party to the dance floor and he did just that all night.  The entire group was flexible even learning a few songs on request on the fly. We have seen the group a few times live and they have a depth of musical talent that brought the best balance of modern and classic hits we and all our guests were looking for! Highly recommend!
